" " My Experience has been absolutely Amazing.I was blessed to have Mae as my Physiotherapist & Evalina as her assistant. When Mae was unavailable I had the privilege of Soumya the Physiotherapist working with me. Fantastic team from the start to the end of my treatment including the staff at the front Desk! Before my PT treatment I could not walk due to my WSIB injury, as of today I can walk & I am starting to get back to my preinjury lifestyle. I can now go back to the gym with confidence & one day soon I will be able to drive again & wear my high heel shoes!!! . ""

"When I first came into Precision, I could hardly walk on my ankle from a horrible soccer injury. Mae and Evalina helped me so much and were able to heal my ankle in just over a month. Thank you to these two amazing ladies for helping me get back to soccer feeling healthier and better than ever. I put my soccer career in their hands and they never let me down. "I arrived at your door in December with total lack of use of my left elbow and wrist after a break requiring surgery. No one was going to come near that arm! Joya and Mackenzie are amazing and so nice and genuine in their approach and training to rebuild my confidence and rehab process. They have instilled the need to continue to do homework and push to regain my strength back to normal. All in all it's been a fantastic positive journey back to my old self. "Very nice and friendly people. I love the fact that going for physio with this clinic helped me a lot with my neck problem so does my husband's complaints of back pains. I'm in a terrible neck pain before start coming here and now I feel better. I will definitely recommend this clinic to everyone. Just like a lot of people say "Health is wealth" Indeed!"

"My experience with Precision Therapy has been outstanding from the time I walked in the door. I had my initial assessment with Anika and in the first few minutes of my assessment she knew exactly what was causing my pain and tightness. She began my treatment immediately and with help from James and Garth and ten sessions later I’ve been discharged back to my old self. Everyone was professional, patient and knowledgeable and always took the time to ensure I knew my exercises and answered any questions I had. Kudos to Precision Therapy staff and thank you!"

""After being diagnosed with tendonitis, I was looking for a clinic which would best help in getting me back on track. All staff and Dr. O. were very welcoming and professional. I underwent many sessions including shockwave and laser therapy and saw great improvement after every treatment. Dr. O also suggested an at home exercise program, which I appreciated. "When I first came in, I was in so much pain. It’s been a journey coming to Precision Physiotherapy for about 2 months and now I am pretty much pain free for about 2 weeks now. "I had 2 amazing recoveries with Meet and Garths help. When I first came in I had a back issue that bothered me for years. These two helped me get to a point where I feel absolutely no back pain. When I came back to see them a year later after I tore my achilles, they were a tremendous help once again. These two are true professionals and amazing people and I am truly grateful to them and Precision Physiotherapy as a whole. "I've struggled with some calf strain for the last 6 months from running and being on my feet alot at work. I thought I would never get rid of the pain until I visited Precision. From the first appointment to my last both Dharti and Michelle work efficiently and cared for my well being. Dharti is very knowledgeable and knows exactly the exercises and stretches to do without giving to much. My first visit she worked on some balancing exercises on the balancing saucer and I could barely stand . A few visits in I had no problem standing on one foot. I feel stronger than ever and I'm am confident in my running ability again. I would definitely recommend this business to anyone that is struggling with any kind of discomfort or pain. "I was experiencing upper back issues. I had trouble finding comfortable sleep positions which caused tears and frustration because of twisting and sharp pain . At work which I stand most of my 8 hour shift, after the first few hours I was leaning on the counter just trying to find a way to stop the pain . I decided to go to Physiotherapy for the second time because I just needed something that worked (the first time was not any help and a few years ago so I thought to try again) . I am so glad I did. Meet and Garth his assistant are such a great team. They worked with me for 13 sessions and I can sleep no problem now, my back at my job is much better and I have only taken 3 or 4 Dr.prescribed strength Naprosyn since I started. I no longer have the tingling in my hands. I am keeping up with the exercises that Garth taught me, but what Meet did with the hands on,scraping and cupping etc. I think progressed me further than I would be without. Thanks again."

"The staff are all very acommodating and informative. My injury was WSIB related and I beleive there may have been some physio rehab methods not covered by WSIB, and were not able to be administered, such as, laser therapy, which may have been beneficial in a quicker recovery However, the excercises that were suggested were helpful and effective. Again, I wish to say that all the staff, especially Garth and Meet were very friendly and informative. I would recommend this Precision Physio team! Thanks."

"I came to this location for a wsib regarding an injured wrist. Aesha and Steven have been amazing with my recovery and treatment to help me get my range of motion and strength back for my wrist so that I may go back to work safely. Additionally, they also treated my plantar fasciitis which I had struggled for years… I honestly thought I would always live with this pain until I had laser and shockwave treatments along with exercises to help eliminate my discomfort - thank you again to Steven and Jacob for coaching me through tricky exercises! I can now feel no pain when I normally would after long 12 hour shifts. I highly recommend this location as they are so friendly and have the best interest of their clients. Thank you so much"

"I was in constant pain from bursitis and arthritis in my right hip area. I was given laser, massage, Thera-gun and Tens in that area with a heating pad. I can now say my pain after 12 treatments is greatly reduced and often no pain in the area at all! The therapist and the assistant are very knowledgeable, polite and caring. "I have a connective tissue disorder and was in excruciating pain to the point that I was unable to stand for more than 5 minutes at a time. I was looking at wheelchairs. The care I received here was fabulous. It's a very safe, friendly and supportive environment. I was discharged with the knowledge I needed to keep up the exercises on my own, and was told if I had any questions or concerns at any time that I was welcome to call or come in. I'm happy to report that with the care I received here, I have far less pain and am much more mobile. 100% recommend!"

"I highly recommend Precision Physiotherapy in Binbrook. The staff, Akanksha and Will, are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Last fall I had rotator cuff surgery on my right shoulder. They established a rehabilitation plan for me using laser treatment, stretching and controlled movement of my arm as well as teaching me numerous exercises that I can continue to do at home. After six months of working with them I have almost the full range of motion back in my right arm. I would not have recovered as quickly without their help. Thank you."

"I hurt my shoulder about 5 years ago and went to a physiotherapist in Guelph. They seemed somewhat knowledgeable, but they didn't seem very interested in my progress so I didn't last long, and stopped seeing them very quickly. My shoulder eventually healed, but not exactly in the right way. Then I reactivated the injury last year renovating my house and started physiotherapy in Cambridge first with Physio Treats, and then with Precision Physiotherapy. Both of these treatment facilities were highly knowledgeable and they really cared about my progress showing me many exercises and stretches that will aid in the healing of my shoulder, as well as motivating me to do them on my own. My shoulder is exponentially better after working with them and more importantly, it is healing in a much more natural way that will result in the shoulder being much stronger to minimize the potential for reinjury. Thanks for your help!"

"I have an old back injury that has seemed to catch up to me — I had a bad fall in a boat about ten years ago. I sought physiotherapy to reduce pain and strengthen my muscles after my family doctor recommended it. I am interested in methods of treatment that are not invasive and do not require medication. Physio was the answer. Dharti and Michelle were supportive and welcoming from the very first visit to my last. Dharti is knowledgeable, professional and made sure I had all the information I needed to graduate from physio with confidence. Michelle is thoughtful, organized and made sure she booked me at times that worked with my schedule. When booking, consider booking a week ahead to make sure you get the best time that works for you as late afternoon and evening sessions fill up fast. Everyone gets off work then. I highly recommend others to Precision Physiotherapy in Cambridge!"

"I came to precision physiotherapy after injuring my calf. I couldn't walk down the stairs or run. I really loved running and really needed help to heal it. "What can I say about this place? If you have pain, they will make it go away professionally! I got injured at work and started experiencing pain in my lower back + sciatic nerve. I couldn't walk and needed a cane to support my motions. They treated me for a past injury so I came back with this one. I was assessed by their talented physiotherapist Prim and he helped me to stretch the muscle and treated me with laser therapy for my cramping muscle. I swear, when I came to the next appointment 2 days later I no longer needed the cane and could walk relatively well. He continued to treat me with exercises, stretches, and laser therapy until I got better and returned to better than I was before the injury. He answered all my questions and was very professional about it. Definitely recommend the team if you have any body pain!"

"I have the coordination of a newborn baby gazelle, so I have spent quite a bit of time in physio over the years. Precision Physiotherapy is easily the best clinic I've attended. The team works together to make sure you make progress, their care is great, great communication, and they provide treatments that help you get better. They helped my shoulder to the point I can stop physio, but I still see the massage therapist. And if (when) I need physio again, I'll definitely go back."

"I came to precision physio because I was experiencing really bad lower back pain. From the moment I stepped into this place, it already felt like a second home. Michelle was so welcoming and had/has the best attitude. I could literally chat with her for hours! Dharti was my physiotherapist and she is absolutely amazing!!! She is extremely knowledgeable and literally makes it her top priority to fix whatever problem you may be having. Because of Dharti, she has minimized my back pain to almost nothing! I’ve been to other physio therapist and I can say hands down, Dharti is the best one out there. "The staff is very personable, caring, and the time is 1 on 1 unlike other places. They went the extra mile to help me and got me back on the road to recovery. I spent many years with other physios, and I would highly recommend this clinic. The pain in my shoulder was unbearable and they refused to give up on me. I lost all strength and feeling on my left shoulder and the pain was a 12/10. I couldn’t lift it, open my car door, do my own hair, or do daily house chores. Throughout my treatment I was given laser therapy, exercises, and hands on therapy which all contributed greatly to my recovery. Now I am at a 0 for pain and have never felt better. "Before I came to see Precision Physiotherapy Dundas I had slipped on ice and injured my neck. It was very painful and since I already had tight shoulder, neck and jaw muscles I knew I needed help. Prem was so thorough during my initial assessment. He was very patient and listened to my grievances! He was able to help me with my pain in that appointment. "They fixed my knee so I could lift weights again. Can’t say enough good things about this place. For years I’ve had issues with my knee and as a novice power lifter I finally had enough. After getting an MRI I was able to approach the team and discuss my plans and develop a plan to fix the MCL strain and release the scar tissue that worked with my plans to lift weights. What I found was a well run, efficient, professional and fun environment and staff of kind, support and welcoming people. Walking in with persistent shoulder pain that would not go away for months, I was diagnosed with a rotator cuff impingement and prescribed 8 treatments (with possibility of more). However, with diligent work as weeks went by and following their instructions they offered to reduce my treatments because I was healing so well! I so appreciated their honesty and fairness in focusing on my healing and not on booking more appointments if not needed. I was discharged a week ago and will continue my workouts to strengthen my shoulder. Ultimately healing is definitely done at home BUT it was done using the tools and consistent support they gave me. With their help I haven't felt that shoulder pain in weeks, I'm enjoying so many activities again (even went tree top trekking with zero issue!) and it keeps getting better. "After a pretty serious ankle fracture and subsequent surgical repair I was in need of physio. I had no mobility and was getting around with a walker. Ash is great. He gave me a through consultation and then we began the slow and steady process of literally getting me back on my feet. Ash and Gabriella worked with me three times a week and I am finally at about 70% strength again. It has been a long haul and they have made it as fun as could be. Ron at the front desk is always friendly and accommodating. My injury was on the job and involves many WSIB forms. If anyone has dealt with WSIB you’ll know how frustrating and time consuming dealing with them is and the staff here have made the process much easier. "I play considerably amount of sports and try to remain active with my routines all year around which is prone to injuries, and when it comes to getting recovered, gaining my strength, regaining ROM, rehabilitation etc. I cannot trust anyone except Precision Physiotherapy. After spending two painful weeks with severe difficulty walking due to a running injury and with growing concern about my lingering injury, I called to book an appointment. "I came to physio as recommended by my doctor after spraining both my ankles. This was my first experience with physio. Nupur was incredibly helpful by explaining my injuries and going over all my treatments with me. "I came to physiotherapy for lower back pain. I had experienced some during pregnancy, but a few months after I gave birth, the pain really came back full force. "Dundas physiotherapy was able to diagnose an issue with my balance (BPV) that my family doctor was unable to address over 4 years. The initial exam was far more thorough than my physician ever did during examinations. Within the first half hour I had a diagnosis that was accurate and treatable from the physiotherapy clinic. That was a great relief in itself but as the first week passed, the symptoms I had for years began to disappear. The relief in the pain and the imbalance had improved so much it was astonishing. Ash gave me exercises for homework and built on the routine with each appointment. By the end of my sessions my symptoms were pretty much gone and I left there with a plan and exercises that I could depend on if the symptoms returned in the future. The staff at Dundas Physiotherapy were friendly and made me feel valued as their client. The day I walked in the door my life changed. "My mother and I are so grateful for the kind, helpful care we had online and in person, from Avi and Ash. In early April, my mom had a sudden onset of acute back pain, during the earliest phase of the pandemic here in Ontario. After receiving only telephone advice from health practitioners, etc., I was desperate to get her some relief. Around that time, Avi reached out via email, to see if any of his clients needed his expertise while confined to their home. I contacted him and he got the ball rolling right away. My mom ended up having two virtual physio sessions per week, wherein he guided her (and me, her daughter) through exercises that were chosen to treat the specific symptoms she was experiencing. "Originally I became a patient at Precision Physio for a severe case of Vertigo. I had tried medications as well as Chiropractic Treatments to stop the Vertigo symptoms. After three weeks of alternate treatments and without any relief from the dizziness, I decided to try Physio Therapy. I contacted Precision Physio and Jenny Patel was my Physiotherapist. After three of four visits the Vertigo was cured. Jenny also provided some exercises to use at home and even explained how to treat the Vertigo if there was a reoccurrence. "In May of 2019 I severely injured my lower left back. It was to the extent that I could barely walk or get out of bed in the morning. Whats worse is that I had an upcoming honeymoon with my husband scheduled 5 weeks from the time I injured myself. "I was involved in an unfortunate ATV ACCIDENT in June of 2019, I fractured 2 vertebrae in my lumbar spine as well as sever muscle strains. I was referred to Precision therapy by my sister who had seen Ash after a rare muscular issue she developed after having a baby. Right from my first consultation with everyone at precision therapy it was a great experience at the time I was not aware of the severity of my injury as I was up north when I had the accident and the hospital did not do XRAYS. Once ash saw me he knew right away I had “more” wrong then what I was told at the hospital and instructed me to contact my family Dr that is when I had my emergency xrays to disclose my full injury. Since then Ron & Ash have been amazing to deal with, anyone with this severe of an injury knows that dealing with the injury on its own is difficult never mind all the insurance paperwork and other hoops your expected to jump through even though you’ve never dealt with any thing like this before. THIS is where precision went above and beyond, Ron has guided me and assisted me (even when I’ve lost my patience)with all necessary paperwork/forms that is requested by insurance and Doctors. I go to precision therapy 2-3 times a week and with my busy work schedule Ron always find a way to accommodate me and make things work. Next is Ash my physiotherapist, when I walked into their clinic I could barley walk 10feet without wanting to collapse, after 9 months of therapy, and all the treatment plans/exercises that Ash provided for me I was able to return to a job of modified work, but as a family of 1 income and 3 children under 5 this on it’s own I couldn’t ever thank them enough. I also work with Dryden who is training under Ash, and he is also very good to help with stretches, he is very knowledgeable and personable. I recently started doing some massage therapy with Anne as well and I find a big difference when I can do my 2 days of physio and 1 massage squeezed in. The biggest difference I have heard between other physiotherapy clinic and Precision is, their staff is with you through out your whole experience and they keep you motivated for “Your” successful recovery, even though they are busy the cleanliness of their clinic is never compromised either this place is always spotless not sure how they do it but hats off to them. Precision is not like most clinic that just tell you to do stretches and hook you up to machines then tell you to make sure your doing your stretches at home, these guys walk you through everything, they listen and ask questions and modify their treatment plans as required to deal with real time progress of the injury. I would recommend Precision therapy Dundas to anyone who truly needs help to recovery back to full strength these guys are the place to go!!! "My journey through Dundas Physio & Rehab started 11 months ago and what a journey it has been! I was referred to the clinic after a fall that resulted in a concussion and post-concussion syndrome. My symptoms were severe headache, sensitivity to light and sound, visual and balance disturbances, affected memory and sleep, pain, irritation, depression. The first few months were not an easy journey & the improvement was also non-linear which was discouraging. At times it was difficult to remain positive. With perseverance, a few more months and the continued support of my team, Avi, Ash, & Ron who always welcomed me with smiles, empathy, encouragement, & more exercises, I made it to full recovery! Avi taught me the most important lesson in concussion rehab: respect your brain! I still do! In case you’re thinking “ there are exercises for concussion therapy???” Yes there are! Some of the vestibular-ocular rehab exercises that help with balance and visual disturbances seemed so unnatural that I was not always a believer. As my team and I worked me to what I like to call “my former glory”, I was able to finally undergo my carpal tunnel surgery, which had been put on hold for months. Post surgery, when I needed hand therapy on my dominant hand, I knew exactly where to go! "I have been to many places looking for pain relief for my mid back over the years. As a recent lower back injury devastated me both physically and emotionally, I was forced back into the road to recovery and tasked with looking into the plethora of rehabilitation avenues. I had first gone to a chiropractor, which felt like an endless road of misdiagnosis and expenses. Luckily I came upon Precision Physiotherapy, and had seen the great reviews. I have been to many osteopaths, physiotherapists, chiropractors, and massage therapists in the past, and nothing compares to this experience. The staff is welcoming and my physiotherapist Ashish Bhatt was the perfect fit for the months I had attended therapy. On arrival he told me that "he can teach me to drive, but won't drive the car for me", and this is exactly what he had done. This was a good feeling, as most treatments in the past always led me to feeling like I needed to keep going back in order to get the relief I was looking for. What made Precision stand out was that Ashish immediately got to the core of my lower back problems, educated me on the dynamics and physiology of my muscles and joints, and set up an action plan, which worked perfectly. I was able to look at injury from another point of view and not get so caught up on the negative aspects, and instead educate myself on the root of the issues in order to solve and prevent injury in the future. In weeks I was feeling relief and decided I would stick with Precision and work on other back pain that had affected me greatly in the past. With another couple weeks of sessions finished, I have solved both an immediate injury, and one that has been effecting me for years. I am more than satisfied, as I have built my knowledge and understanding around my body in order to sustain the work and progress achieved at Precision. It is refreshing to see professionals that are passionate about what they do, and can clearly convey a comfortable setting for growth of their patients on the path to recovery. "When I arrived at physio my left shoulder was pretty much totally frozen. I could not raise my arm from my side in any direction. This was the result of severe calcific tendinitis. 2 years earlier I had experienced the same thing in my other shoulder, that time I went to another physiotherapist and wasn't very satisfied. "I got diagnosed with costochondritis 6 days after giving birth. I had difficulty taking a large breath, moving my upper body even slightly and even holding my new born baby. I called Saturday morning for an appointment. The clinic was fully booked, but when Ron heard my issue, he squeezed me in so that I could get any bit of relief. (Thank goodness!) Ash, the physiotherapist took the time to explain everything to me each session, and he manually did rib and chest wall stretches, within 3-4 sessions, I saw huge improvement. I was able to breathe better and gained back some mobility in my upper torso. After 5 weeks of regular visits, I finally feel back to normal. Ash was also very accommodating as I had a cesarean birth and was very limited on what I could do with my abdomen. In future, I would definitely return if need be. "I dislocated my knee back in July. It wasn't until I saw a sports doctor in early August that it was recommended that I go to physio therapy. So almost a month after my injury I went to precision therapy. Upon my initial visit I was sore most days, very stiff, limping and relying heavily on my J-brace. Just by chance my first appointment was with Nupur. I stuck with her for the rest of my treatment. She was amazing. I saw results after my first visit. (Not kidding, my knee was actually noticeably less stiff). Nupur explains the exercises so you understand what you're doing and why you're doing them. I recently finished my treatment and still continuing all of the exercises Nupur taught me at home. I've come along way and I couldn't have done it without physio. Also, the staff there is always so pleasant and helpful. 100% reccomend precision physiotherapy."

I had lost almost all function of the affected arm and was suffering from intense nerve pain and muscle spasms. "Jhanvi (Jenny) Patel has suggested and helped me with many exercises related to my Guillain-Barré Syndrome. She also answers my many questions enthusiastically! I see her interact with her clients a lot, expressing great care and interest in how they are progressing. Most recently I had an issue with the rotator cuff of my arm. Acupuncture and TENS therapy did not seem to help. She suggested trying a therapy she does called Gua Shua. After only ONE session, my shoulder felt about 75% better. Amazing! Even more recently, I slipped on black ice and fell, severely injuring my right arm. At my soonest appointment after this fall, when I mentioned to Jenny my injury, she did an assessment, and decided that both acupuncture and TENS therapy would be advisable. At the time of this review, these therapies have been ongoing for 4 days. There has been a profound improvement in the range of motion of my arm, as well as less discomfort in my arm! Jenny is awesome! I highly recommend her services! When she is not with a client, Jenny can be found out front in the reception area, greeting clients as they arrive, doing the research she may need to do, as well as conferring with Brigitte, the receptionist, regarding business matters. Brigitte's efficiency is also noteworthy! As one of her duties, she sends out appointment reminder e-mails, which was not done by previous receptionists! Jenny and Brigitte appear to be a team that work well together! Since I have a need to go to physiotherapy, I am extremely happy with Precision Physiotherapy!"

My doctor shrugged and sent me for an X-Ray, which showed nothing. No one could tell me why I was in such pain and losing the ability to walk as I used to. Then I saw an eye-catching poster at the Horn of Plenty, and I thought what do I have to lose? If nothing else, being with other people in chronic pain would make me feel like I am not alone with this problem.
