"I arrived at your door in December with total lack of use of my left elbow and wrist after a break requiring surgery. No one was going to come near that arm! Joya and Mackenzie are amazing and so nice and genuine in their approach and training to rebuild my confidence and rehab process. They have instilled the need to continue to do homework and push to regain my strength back to normal. All in all it's been a fantastic positive journey back to my old self. "The staff has been great in helping me progress through the hip injury I had. Initially, the pain was extreme and stair climbing in particular was a huge challenge. I am an active person and the limitations on my day to day life was frustrating. The combined laser, hands-on treatment and exercise program has helped enormously. Lastly, the smiling faces of all staff members was a huge bonus! Many thanks."

"Being a building maintenance contractor, it involves a lot of physical activities like lifting heavy materials, etc. The past 4 months, I have so much pain on my right shoulder and spread on my neck. At first, I'm trying to ignore all the pain but when it became so intense, I decided to seek help at Precision Physiotherapy Clinic.
I had Joya as my therapist with the assistance of Thais and Mae. They are outstanding especially the owners Avi and Jenny as well as their patient coordinator Sania.
From the start, Joya was very patient and explained all the process very carefully regarding my shoulder and neck pain. She would give me a reason as to why each particular exercise was important. The pace, the encouragement, the professionalism and time Joya spent with me have all restored my confidence.
I am so thankful for their skilled professionalism and the personal program designed for me. It was cleared that their goal was the same as mine, to build strength and be free of pain.
I am forever grateful for them as they have helped me progress in getting back to normal and allowing me to do what I love. They are the best of the best, there's no doubt about that!

" I needed physio for a meniscus tear in my knee. When I started I was walking on crutches and in a lot of pain. Ash and his staff were always cheerful, professional and knowledgeable! They always had a plan and followed a progression of exercises and treatments until I was back on my feet and back to work. I'd definitely recommend them!"

"Precision physio helped me immensely in some serious damage I had done to my knees over time. When I first visited the clinic, the thought of doing a squat was an impossible feat and my muscles were all so tense that I had extremely limited mobility. After going to Nupur and team for a few weeks, I was able to get back to a state where I could work a full day without excruciating knee pain at the end of the evening. The staff here is so lovely and each and every one of them make you feel comfortable and at home in the clinic. I even experienced some wild neck cramping that I was able to call about in the morning and they found time to squeeze me in and work miracles on me. I’m so grateful for what they have been able to do for me. "

“I worked with several of the physical therapists at Sportscare Physical Therapy and all were very knowledgeable, friendly, and genuinely interested in doing whatever was needed to aid in my recovery. I was very pleased with all staff and would certainly recommend them to anyone in need of physical therapy in the future. Office hours that should fit a large number of people’s schedules, including weekend hours. A great place.”
