Meet Mae (she/her), an accomplished professional who earned her Master's of Physiotherapy from McMaster University in November 2022. During her tenure at McMaster, Mae's group research project clinched the prestigious Paul W. Stratford Research and Evidence-Based Practice Day award for the best presentation. This award-winning research delved into entry-to-practice competency expectations for health justice in Canadian physiotherapy curricula.
Mae is dedicated to employing an evidence-based and goal-oriented approach in her treatment sessions. These sessions encompass education, therapeutic exercise, and hands-on manual therapy. With extensive experience across diverse populations, Mae harbors a particular passion for orthopedics and pelvic floor physiotherapy. She has completed the Level 1 Pelvic Floor course and an introductory course in acupuncture.
