Tyler Hopkins

Registered Massage Therapist

Tyler comes to the clinic after years of experience in the rehabilitation and athletic development field. At the University of Windsor where he was a top 12 Nationally ranked Track and Field athlete, Tyler earned a Kinesiology degree in 2018 and has been furthering his education ever since. He used what he learned in school to pursue personal training where he specialized in athletes and special populations. Tyler completed massage therapy school in 2020 at the Ontario College of Health and Technology where he gathered a new set of skills and certifications such as Soft Tissue Release and Myofascial Cupping. Using deep tissue massage, fascial stretching, and education, Tyler’s practice is focused around correcting functional imbalances and restoring range of motion to manage everyday pain.

He provides massage therapy, acupuncture, cupping, soft tissue mobilization, and specific stretching. Tyler wants to fix nagging pain that could be addressed via stretching and exercise. He enjoys treating postural imbalances and identifying weaknesses.

When he is not working, he enjoys working out, doom scrolling, and grabbing a drink with buds.
