Garima is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a graduate of the Royal Canadian College of Massage Therapy. With a background in physiotherapy, she combines her knowledge of movement and rehabilitation with massage therapy to provide personalized treatments tailored to each client’s needs.

She is passionate about helping people reduce pain, improve mobility, and feel their best. Her areas of interest include Deep tissue massage, Relaxation massage, Sports massage, Myofascial release, and Trigger point therapy.

When Garima is not treating clients, you’ll often find her swimming, hiking, reading or enjoying adventure sports. She believes staying active helps her better understand and support her clients on their own wellness journeys.
