After graduating with a degree in Kinesiology from St. Francis Xavier University, Dryden has worked with a variety of athletes in several disciplines, as an athletic therapist, coach and trainer. Most recently working as a personal trainer with the general population. He moved to Hamilton from Nova Scotia to study a Masters in practice of Osteopathic Manipulative Sciences (M. OMSc.) at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy.
He has been a high level athlete in the Canadian Soccer Associations National Training Center and played varsity soccer at St. Francis Xavier University. These experience have helped shown what it takes to reach the next level whether that be in performance, rehabilitation or in the classroom. He is always looking for a better understanding of how and why our bodies do what they do, and believes a deep understanding of anatomy and it's function is the best tool for problem solving within the body.
When Dryden isn't studying he loves working out, cooking and eating. or relaxing while watching movies.
