She earned a Bachelor of Kinesiology and a Bachelor of Science in Human Biology before completing a Doctor of Chiropractic degree at the University of Western States in Portland, Oregon.

In addition to her professional endeavors, Dr. Sidhu is passionate about staying active and healthy. She enjoys playing basketball and going on hikes in her free time. Dr. Sidhu is also dedicated to helping her patients achieve optimal health through exercise and healthy lifestyle habits.
