Her extensive background includes certifications in various specialized techniques such as Mulligan’s Manual Therapy, Pilates, Taping, Active Release Techniques (ART), TMJ management, Pelvic floor Physiotherapy, and concussion care. She specializes in helping individuals recover from orthopedic issues, post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports injuries.
With a particular passion for women’s health, Alpa has pursued advanced training in pelvic health, equipping her to offer tailored care for women facing specific health challenges. Alpa specializes in pelvic health, offering expert care for issues like incontinence, pelvic floor pain, and dysfunction. Alpa also provides pre-natal and post-natal care, helping expectant mothers manage pelvic discomfort and supporting recovery after childbirth. Her approach focuses on strengthening the pelvic floor, addressing dysfunction, and aiding in overall recovery, ensuring women feel strong, comfortable, and confident throughout all stages of life.
